On Saturday 17th March Wyong tournament was held at the Community 
Hall in Tuggerah with 67 starters. Unfortunately we had a late start 
due to gremlins or was it leprechauns (it was St.Patricks Day) in 
the computer/printer system. Liz with a team of helpers battled 
through the day and we got the seven games in by five thirtyish 
which was no mean feat under the circumstances. Thank you Liz & co. 
Also thanks to Asih who did a great job with spell checks.
A big thank you to the team of Wyong club ladies for help on the 
door,cleaning up and other miscellaneous jobs.Also to Donna for help 
and support with technical details. Not to forget my non scrabbling 
friend Phyl who did a great job looking after the tea/cofee dept.

Now to the results;
In recreation ROSALIE TOBIN scooped the pool with HIGH GAME 564,HIGH 
WORD-"QUINTES" 103 and also took out first place with 6 games. Well 
done Rosalie.
